The Quick Connect Capture Plate is a required component of every SuperGlide fifth wheel towing system. This plate mounts to your trailer's skid plate and isolates the rotation of the king pin within the hitch. That rotational movement is then transferred to the SuperGlide's automatic cam action, moving the hitch away from the cab along its rails to prevent trailer-to-cab contact.
The #331722 Quick Connect Capture Plate is specifically designed for 16K and 21K Reese Revolution pin boxes that are 12-1/2" or 13” wide. Spacers (included) are required for the 16K pin box, enabling fast installation and removal for your convenience. Brand-specific engineering ensures a precise fit without the extensive bolting required by universal plates.
