The only fifth wheel hitch that mounts to a standard gooseneck ball. Tow both trailer types from one truck with an easy, visible hookup.
The SuperLite is the lightest fifth wheel hitch in its class — engineered for truck owners who refuse to sacrifice strength for weight savings. Built from high-grade American steel rather than the weaker aluminum used by competitors, the SuperLite proves that lightweight and heavy-duty are not mutually exclusive. At lifting weights as low as 52 lbs., installing and removing this hitch is a one-person job.
The SuperLite's innovative design converts your trailer's king pin to a ball using the included King Pin Adapter, which also provides an additional 3.5 inches of rearward offset for tighter turning radius in short bed applications. The hitch plate is engineered as a funnel — simply aim the converted ball anywhere on the diameter of the funnel and lower your trailer. It is the easiest fifth wheel hitch on the market to hook up, and the entire connection is visible from the cab.
The Remote Latch system keeps you out of the bed when locking and unlocking, and there are no secondary locking devices to engage. Detachable Bed Saver Rails (on single-point models) reduce stress on the truck bed to minimize crushing and surface wear.
Every SuperLite is SAE J2638 tested, accurately weight rated, and manufactured in the USA from high-quality American steel.
The #2600 SuperLite Single Point (1P) is designed for any OE or aftermarket undermount gooseneck towing system, mounting to a standard 2-5/16" ball. Rated at 20,000 lbs. gross trailer weight and 5,000 lbs. pin weight, it weighs just 64 lbs.—built from high-grade American steel that outperforms weaker aluminum alternatives.
Like all SuperLite hitches, the #2600 converts your trailer's king pin to a ball and uses a funnel-shaped hitch plate for the easiest hookup on the market. Totally visible from the cab, you simply drop the converted ball anywhere on the funnel diameter and lower your trailer. The Remote Latch system keeps you out of the bed for locking and unlocking.
The King Pin Adapter provides an additional 3.5" of rearward offset for tighter turning radius in short bed trucks. Combined with the base offset, up to 8" of total clearance is possible. This solves the biggest disadvantage of gooseneck towing—the inability to see the ball from the cab—while also letting you tow both fifth wheel and gooseneck trailers from the same truck.
The Rota-Flex pin box is compatible but may require a Pin Box Rubber Isolator (#4446 to fix slippage or #4447 for proactive prevention). A #4443 Gooseneck Trailer Adapter is available for owners who also tow gooseneck trailers.
