A capture plate is a required part of every SuperGlide fifth-wheel system. It bolts to your trailer's skid plate around the king pin and isolates the king pin's rotation so the SuperGlide can do its job. This is the Quick-Connect version, so it slips over the king pin and locks down fast for easy install and removal.
