Built to last, backed in writing

PullRite has engineered and built towing products in the United States for over 40 years. Every hitch is made from high-grade American steel and is covered by our 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, issued by Pulliam Enterprises, Inc.

What's covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years or 31,068 miles (50,000 km) from installation, whichever comes first.
• Repair or replacement of the necessary parts, free of charge for materials and labor, at PullRite's option.
• Coverage extends to the first retail owner of the towing system.

What's not covered

• Misuse, neglect, accident, or loading beyond the vehicle's capacity.
• Failure to follow the Owner's Manual, or unauthorized repairs, replacements, alterations, or modifications.
• Any product installed on a vehicle that is rented, leased, or used commercially.
• Normal deterioration from wear or exposure.
• Incidental or consequential costs such as towing, vehicle rental, lodging, or lost time.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The full terms are the controlling document — read them below or in the paperwork that shipped with your product.

Register your hitch

To validate your warranty, register within 10 days of installation — either online here or by mailing the warranty card included with your product. Registering takes a couple of minutes and puts your purchase on record, so if you ever need service your information is already on file. Have your hitch part number and your dealer or purchase details handy.

You're also responsible for the normal and preventative maintenance described in your Owner's Manual.
