A capture plate is a required part of every SuperGlide fifth wheel system. It bolts to your trailer's skid plate around the king pin. Hooked up and rolling, it isolates the king pin's rotation in the hitch so the SuperGlide's automatic cam action can move the trailer away from the cab and keep the trailer off your truck.
