Important Notice

If you tow with a Rota-Flex king pin box, the rubber block inside it can shift out of position when paired with a SuperLite. Add the Rota-Flex Pin Box Rubber Isolator before towing (#4447 to prevent it, #4446 to correct a block that has already slipped). Sold separately. Fit is by truck and bed length, so confirm the 4715 matches your Ford with the fitment finder or your dealer before you buy.

Key Features

What Sets It Apart

Direct-mounts to Ford factory puck points — no rails, no adapter plate, no truck-specific kit
One base, two coupling options: ships as the 4730 Ford base plus the 4810 SuperLite coupler, and you can swap the coupler later instead of buying a new hitch
Tool-free OEX Mounting Post Handles install and remove the hitch by hand
Fully removable mounting feet let the hitch sit flat in the bed instead of scratching your liner or binding on the way out
King Pin Adapter adds 7.5 inches of rearward offset to tighten the turning radius on a short bed
Built from high-grade American steel rather than the weaker aluminum other lightweight hitches use
Castle-nut hardware on the puck handles lets you fine-tune the fit during install
Height adjusts from 16.75 to 19.25 inches to ride level behind your truck

About the SuperLite

If you've ever wrestled a fifth-wheel hitch out of a truck bed by yourself, you know the problem with most of them: they're heavy, awkward, and built from aluminum that gives up strength to save weight. The SuperLite takes a different road. Every model is built from high-quality American steel, so you get real towing strength in a hitch light enough to handle without a second set of hands. Lightweight and heavy-duty don't have to be a trade-off.

Hooking up is where the SuperLite earns its keep. Its King Pin Adapter converts your trailer's king pin to a ball, and the hitch plate works like a funnel. You aim, drop the ball anywhere on the funnel, and lower the trailer. The whole connection stays visible from the cab, so there's no guessing and no spotter. PullRite calls it the easiest hitch on the market to hook up, and once you've used it, you'll understand why.

You stay out of the bed, too. The Remote Latch system locks and unlocks the connection from outside, and there are no secondary locking devices to fuss with. The King Pin Adapter also adds rearward offset, which tightens your turning radius and frees up cab clearance on short beds. And if you tow a gooseneck horse, cargo, or stock trailer as well, the #4443 Gooseneck Trailer Adapter swaps in for your trailer's coupler so one SuperLite can pull both. It works with every SuperLite model.

Every SuperLite is SAE J2638 tested, accurately weight rated, and built in the USA. Strong steel, honest ratings, and a hookup you can do alone.

About This Model

The 4715 is the SuperLite built for Ford trucks with factory puck points, rated for trailers up to 25,000 lbs and 6,250 lbs of pin weight. It drops right into the bed pucks. No rails, no adapter plates, and no tools to put it in or take it out. The removable Mounting Post Handles come out by hand, so when you pull the hitch it sits flat in the bed instead of teetering on its feet and scratching your liner.

This is an X-Series hitch, which means one base with two coupling options. The 4715 ships as the 4730 Ford base plus the 4810 SuperLite coupler. If you ever want a different coupling method down the road, you swap the coupler instead of buying a whole new hitch. Pair the SuperLite coupler's King Pin Adapter with this base and you pick up 7.5 inches of rearward offset, which tightens your turning radius on a short bed.

It's a fixed hitch, so there's no slide. The head lifts off to split the load for removal, taking about 49 lbs off the job, but the base is still a two-person lift. The base weighs 135 lbs on its own. Height adjusts from 16.75 to 19.25 inches to sit level behind your truck.
