Bolts straight to your Ram's factory pucks with no tools, no rails. Swap the coupler later instead of buying a whole new hitch.
Important Notice
Built for Ram trucks (2013–present) with the factory OE puck system. It will not mount to a Ram without pucks or to Ford/GM puck patterns — confirm your exact truck in the fitment finder before you buy.
If you've ever wrestled a fifth-wheel hitch out of a truck bed by yourself, you know the problem with most of them: they're heavy, awkward, and built from aluminum that gives up strength to save weight. The SuperLite takes a different road. Every model is built from high-quality American steel, so you get real towing strength in a hitch light enough to handle without a second set of hands. Lightweight and heavy-duty don't have to be a trade-off.
Hooking up is where the SuperLite earns its keep. Its King Pin Adapter converts your trailer's king pin to a ball, and the hitch plate works like a funnel. You aim, drop the ball anywhere on the funnel, and lower the trailer. The whole connection stays visible from the cab, so there's no guessing and no spotter. PullRite calls it the easiest hitch on the market to hook up, and once you've used it, you'll understand why.
You stay out of the bed, too. The Remote Latch system locks and unlocks the connection from outside, and there are no secondary locking devices to fuss with. The King Pin Adapter also adds rearward offset, which tightens your turning radius and frees up cab clearance on short beds. And if you tow a gooseneck horse, cargo, or stock trailer as well, the #4443 Gooseneck Trailer Adapter swaps in for your trailer's coupler so one SuperLite can pull both. It works with every SuperLite model.
Every SuperLite is SAE J2638 tested, accurately weight rated, and built in the USA. Strong steel, honest ratings, and a hookup you can do alone.
The 4815 is the SuperLite built for Ram trucks that left the factory with the OE (factory) puck system. It drops onto your puck points and locks down with removable mounting posts you set by hand, so there's no rail kit to bolt in and no tools needed to put the hitch in the bed or take it back out. It's rated to pull up to 25,000 lbs of gross trailer weight (GTW) with 6,250 lbs of pin weight, which puts it at the top of the SuperLite range.
This is an X-Series hitch, and that's the part worth understanding. It ships in two pieces: the Ram-specific base (#4830) and the SuperLite coupler (#4810). If your towing changes down the road, you swap the coupler instead of buying a new hitch — the base you already paid for stays in the truck. Paired with the SuperLite King Pin Adapter, the coupler also gives you 7.5" of rearward offset, which tightens your turning radius and buys back cab clearance on a short bed.
Because it's a fixed mount, it sits low and stays put — there's no slide to set up or maintain. The coupler lifts off the base on the same tool-free posts when you want your bed back, and the empty base sits flat so it won't dig into your liner or paint. The base weighs 143 lbs on its own.
