During turns and backing maneuvers, the SuperGlide's patented cam-action system automatically moves your trailer away from the cab along its rails, then returns it to the towing position when you straighten out. The result is a full 90-degree turning capability that other hitches simply cannot match. Manual slide hitches require you to stop, exit the vehicle, engage a lever, make your turn, stop again, and re-engage. SuperGlide does all of this in real time, without you lifting a finger.
Every SuperGlide is built around PullRite's patented fully automatic locking jaw — the only self-locking handle on the market. There are no secondary locking devices to manually engage, which means no reaching over high-sided truck beds. The precision, laser-cut jaw components cradle the trailer's king pin at 140 degrees for a secure, tight-fitting 320 degrees of connection. The dual-articulating hitch head moves side-to-side and front-to-back, delivering a smoother ride over uneven roads and allowing you to couple and uncouple on uneven ground without jacking or shimming.
The hitch head is easily removable with pins and clips — no tools required — reducing the lifting weight by 40 lbs. or more. An adjustable tension bolt prevents bumping or chucking during travel. A Capture Plate (sold separately) is required to activate the sliding cam arm and is attached to your trailer's skid plate.

The #2300 ISR Heavy Duty SuperGlide is the highest-capacity automatic sliding hitch in the lineup, rated at 24,000 lbs. gross trailer weight and 6,000 lbs. pin weight. Built with beefier components than the #2900 to handle heavier loads, it delivers 18" of fully automatic slide travel—the most in the SuperGlide range—to move your trailer away from the cab during turns and backing maneuvers.
Designed for short bed trucks with industry standard rails, this is also the hitch for Ram truck owners towing trailers up to 102" wide. The SuperGlide is fully automatic: no getting in and out of the truck to throw levers before and after turns like manual slide hitches require. The base features fore-to-aft adjustable feet to center the pivot point over the axle for the best ride with no bumping, chucking, or sway.
A Capture Plate (sold separately) is required and attaches to your trailer's skid plate to isolate king pin rotation and transfer movement to the automatic cam action. The hitch head removes with two pins and clips (no tools), and the remaining base is the second lightest among sliding hitches on the market. Can be used with existing rails from any brand, though your tow package is only as strong as its weakest link.
